Champions League Standings: Arsenal and Bayern Qualify Early
The 7th round of the 2025/26 Champions League group stage has concluded, and the standings have seen further changes.

Yesterday, Arsenal secured a 7-win streak by defeating Inter Milan away, ensuring their place in the round of 16 in advance. Bayern Munich also clinched a top-eight spot and qualified early for the knockout stage after beating St. Gilloise today, reaching 18 points.
Real Madrid and Liverpool both moved to 15 points with wins in this round, putting them just one step away from direct qualification for the knockout stage. Tottenham Hotspur, despite struggling in the Premier League, have been strong in the Champions League. They currently sit 5th with 14 points and also hold the advantage in securing direct qualification.
Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United, Chelsea, Barcelona, Sporting CP, Manchester City, Atlético Madrid, and Atalanta all have 13 points, meaning the battle for the top eight will be extremely intense among them.
Inter Milan and Juventus, the two Italian clubs, both have 12 points and sit 14th and 15th respectively. Borussia Dortmund are 16th with 11 points. These teams can no longer rely solely on their own results to reach the top eight.
Galatasaray (17th) and Qarabağ (18th) both have 10 points, and their chances of reaching the top eight are now very slim.
From Marseille in 19th place to Ajax in 32nd, the 14 teams in between have already been eliminated from top-eight contention. Their task in the final round is to fight for a spot in the knockout play-offs.
Eintracht Frankfurt, Slavia Prague, Villarreal, and FC Kairat Almaty have all been confirmed to miss the knockout play-offs. For them, the final round will be a battle for pride.
