Juventus Officially Part Ways with Igor Tudor, Save €3 Million on Contract Termination

Juventus has officially parted ways with Croatian coach Igor Tudor, whose original contract was set to run until 2027. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus was originally due to pay Tudor €8 million before taxes, but the termination saves the club €3 million for the remaining six months.
The report states that Tudor was actually dismissed by Juventus as early as October 27 last year, and after more than two months, the two sides reached an agreement on the contract termination. Following this termination, Tudor is free to accept offers from overseas clubs, but if he wishes to coach a Serie A team, he will have to wait until next season.
It is reported that Juventus was supposed to pay Tudor over €8 million before taxes for the remainder of his contract. In this termination, Tudor also gave up part of his salary, saving Juventus €3 million.
Currently, Juventus is in talks with Luciano Spalletti for a contract extension, which could see him remain at the club until 2028. In addition, another former Juventus head coach, Thiago Motta, still has a contract with the club running until 2027.
