AFCON 2025 Round of 16 Finalized: Morocco, Egypt, and Nigeria Advance

Following the conclusion of Group C fixtures on December 30, 2025, the lineup for the Round of 16 at the Africa Cup of Nations has been officially confirmed. In the final matches of the group, Nigeria secured a convincing 3-1 victory over Uganda to maintain a perfect record, while Tunisia and Tanzania played out a 1-1 draw. These results solidified the standings and allowed the remaining knockout spots to be determined even before the final games in Groups D, E, and F.
