Bayern Munich Set to Secure Nicolas Jackson on Five-Year Deal

Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Nicolas Jackson on a five-year contract if they decide to make his loan from Chelsea permanent in the summer of 2026. The deal would tie Jackson to the club until 2031 and solidify his long-term future at the Allianz Arena.
The club has until mid-May to activate the €65 million purchase option, and once agreed, the contract would prevent other clubs from interfering. Bayern may also attempt to renegotiate the fee with Chelsea to potentially reduce the transfer cost.
This potential long-term deal reflects Bayern’s confidence in Jackson, who has yet to reach 40 appearances since joining on loan, but has clearly impressed the management enough to plan a future around him. The move aligns with the club’s strategy to secure young talent for the coming decade.
Securing Jackson could signal that Bayern will not extend Harry Kane’s contract, which runs until summer 2027. By that time, Kane will be 34 years old, while Jackson would still be 26, offering a younger long-term option to lead the attack for Vincent Kompany’s side.
