Dodgers, Hernandez agree to 3-year, $66 million contract
According to ESPN, MLB World Series champions the Los Angeles Dodgers have agreed to a 3-year, $66 million contract with Hernández. The championship hero also posted on his personal social media, saying: "I'm back!"

The report states that the contract includes a $15 million club option for the 2028 season, a $6.5 million buyout, $23.5 million in deferred payments, and $23 million in bonuses. This year, Hernández hit a career-high 33 home runs and 99 RBIs. In Game 5 of the World Series, he delivered a two-run hit to end the Yankees' season, helping the Dodgers clinch their eighth World Series title in franchise history.

His return ensures the Dodgers retain their core batting lineup of Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman, making them strong contenders for next season’s championship.
