Arsenal Open to Martinelli Sale as Fenerbahce Enters the Picture

Arsenal are reported to be considering a significant decision regarding Gabriel Martinelli, with the club open to selling the Brazilian winger in 2026. Fenerbahce have been mentioned as a potential destination, as the North London side reassess their attacking options amid growing competition on the flanks.

Mikel Arteta currently has an abundance of wide players following the arrivals of Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke, adding to the presence of Bukayo Saka, Leandro Trossard, and emerging talent Max Dowman. While Saka remains the undisputed choice on the right, the left-wing position has yet to produce a clear long-term first-choice option.

A potential sale could break Arsenal’s record for their most expensive outgoing transfer, reflecting Martinelli’s age, experience, and reputation. Although a January move is considered unlikely, a substantial offer in the summer of 2026 may prompt Arsenal to seriously weigh both sporting priorities and financial balance.
