Vortis are still missing Sisinio and Diego to long term injuries but report no new problems and now add Kenta Kano to their list with a knee injury – he will be out for a month.

Reysol got Olunga back from the African Cup of Nations early and immediately started him last weekend – he responded with a goal. They also announced that they have signed Brazilian midfielder Matheus Gonçalves Sávio (from CR Flamengo on loan), and fellow Brazilian José Antonio dos Santos Júnior on a full transfer. Both players will be available for selection from matchday 24. They report no injuries but have Richardson suspended for the next two games for picking up too many yellow cards. Hidekazu Otani is Reysol's only injury worry – he is not in full training as the week begins and should be considered doubtful.

Suspended: None

Doubtful: None

Injured/Unavailable: Diego (knee surgery), Sisinio (torn hamstring), Kenta Kano (knee)

Suspended: Richardson (two games)

Doubtful: Hidekazu Otani

Injured/Unavailable: None

A Masaki Watai goal gave Vortis a 1-1 draw against JEF United last weekend in J2. They are now six games without a loss in the league but are not scoring many goals – just seven in their six-games without a loss. If they are to push on up and move into the play-off spots, they need more goal – the defence is fine, with 21 goals conceded.

Cristiano, Olunga and then two goals from Ataru Esaka gave Reysol a 4-2 home win over Ventforet Kofu last weekend in J2. Reysol have signed new players, that will motivate the current first choice and bolster the squad. Olunga also returned from national team duty and added another option. Consequently we saw Reysol with an easy win and now three eague games won in-a-row.

Vortis' lack of goals will be a problem here as a rampant and hungry Reysol look to move further towards the top of the table as the second half of the season moves on. An away win it is.

Reysol have 13 1st half goals to Vortis' eight. Neither looks dominant there. Reysol have been level over 50% of their games at the break (12 out of 21) while Vortis have been level inover half (11).

After Reysol's relegation to J2 this season they beat Vortis at home.
