Sunderland: Still undefeated in 2019 (Recent Form: DDWWWW)

Sunderland continues their quest at ending in one of the top two places in League One this season, which would mean a direct promotion to the Championship for the next campaign, as so far only the huge amount of draws are stopping them from achieving these goals and being outside the top two at this stage. So far in the season the team had lost just two times in their opening thirty six league games played, but despite that and despite being the club with the least amount of defeats, they had drew the amazing sixteen times and like I said, this is becoming their weakness for the season so far. Sunderland had managed to collect seventy points in these opening thirty six games (18-16-2), currently sitting on third place in the table, being four points behind the second in the ranks Barnsley, but also having played a game less than them, which means that the distance is really small, but the club really need to cut these draws in order to catch them. Sunderland is yet to lose a single match so far in 2019 in all competitions, which is quite impressive, but again, from the sixteen games played, they won just eight times (8-8-0). The good news however is that at least at home they managed to produce more victories recently, having won seven times in their last eleven home games in all competitions, without having lost a single one of these matches (7-4-0).

Walsall: Battling against the bottom (Recent Form: LWDWLL)

Walsall managed to improve their performance a bit as of recently, which allowed them to escape the bottom four positions and the relegation zone, but still there is a lot more to be done in order to being safe and having secured their place in League One for next season as well. However, with the six defeats in their last nine visits in all competitions (1-2-6), I can't see them being a serious opponent to Sunderland tomorrow.

The Betting Verdict:

This should be a rather easy game for the hosts, who started getting more and more victories in front of their fans, with Walsall surely not being a club from their league.
