Sheff Wednesday have defender Julien Borner back fit this weekend but are once again set to be without four first team players.Defender Joe Rodon and winger Aldo Kalulu are both confirmed absentees for the away side.

Sheff Wednesday conceded in the 88th and 91st minute as they threw away a 1-0 lead to lose 2-1 against a struggling Blackburn side last weekend. The defeat put an end to the hosts’ four-match unbeaten run in the league and saw them drop out of the play-offs and into seventh place ahead of the visit of Swansea this weekend.

Swansea rode their luck at times and scored in injury time to confirm three points on the road against a Wigan side who are incredibly strong at home last weekend. The Swans sit in fourth place ahead of this clash on level points with Preston and Leeds above them and will be extremely confident as they look to extend a run of seven away league games without a defeat.

I’m expecting a stalemate here between two sides who have shown some serious quality this season.

Seven of Swansea’s and ten of Sheff Wednesday’s league games this season have produced under 2.5 total goals including six of the hosts’ last seven home league matches. Garry Monk’s side have kept five clean sheets in their last seven league home games and I expect another low-scoring affair here.

These sides have met just twice in the league since 2010 with each side winning one game apiece.
