Oxford: Really good at home (Recent Form: LDLDWD)

Oxford finished last season around the middle of the table in League One, as this season the situation is not much different for the club, with the exception that this time around they are not that far behind the top six positions and the playoff spots, playing really good football overall and especially at home having great stats. So far in the campaign the team managed to collect forty five points in their opening thirty games played (12-9-9), being currently on eleventh place in the table, but not that far behind, sitting eight points from the top six positions and the playoff spots, so they can definitely still dream of something big this year. Oxford is definitely not in their best shape in the league as of recently, collecting just a point in their last three league games (0-1-2), but they had a pretty tough schedule and opponents in these matches, while tomorrow against one of the bottom sides they should put a much better performance for sure. And especially given in mind that exactly in front of their fans they have been performing much better so far in the season, being able to win eight times in their opening fourteen home games, while in the same time having suffered just three defeats at their arena (8-3-3).

AFC Wimbledon: Among the bottom again (Recent Form: DDLLDW)

AFC Wimbledon finished last season just above the danger zone and the bottom four positions, having to battle against relegation through the whole campaign and despite that this year they are again the first club outside the danger spots, the good news for them is that this time they are with a solid seven points advantage from these positions, having been able to collect thirty points so far (7-9-15). But still, their performance away from home has been really bad during the whole season so far, with Wimbledon suffering a whole eleven defeats in their first fifteen visits (2-2-11).

The Betting Verdict:

Despite not being in their best shape recently, Oxford is definitely the better side here and with the home advantage being on their side tomorrow, I expect another three points from them.
