Helmond Sport  VS  Den Bosch Livescore | Match Preview | Match Statistics
Three wins in a row for Helmond
Helmond are still likely without Maikel Verkoelen while Furghill Zeldenrust and Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill have been ruled out, but Ron Janzen and Arne Naudts have returned.
Den Bosch saw both Mattias Andersson and first goalkeeper Kees Heemskerk substituted early in the first half against Oss last round due to injuries. They join Luuk Brouwers, Giorgio Siani and Danny Verbeek on their list of possible absentees, but Jordy van der Winden and Mats Deijl are set to return from suspension.
Suspended: Dylan de Braal
Doubtful: Maikel Verkoelen (match fitness)
Injured/Unavailable: Furghill Zeldenrust,(ankle), Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill (torn ligaments)
Den Bosch
Suspended: None
Doubtful: Mattias Andersson, Kees Heemskerk (both unspecified)
Injured/Unavailable: Luuk Brouwers (torn knee ligaments); Giorgio Siani Danny Verbeek (both hamstring)
Helmond stunned Telstar as they managed to book a 3-2 away win in their last league outing. Jordy Thomassen added a double to his total and now has ten goals for the season. Dylan de Braal came on in the 87th minute but was sent off only several minutes later and will face a suspension. Sitting third from bottom in the table, the club are moving towards one point per game and this actually sees them improve to three wins from their past four.
Den Bosch failed to book a victory once again on Friday. Following their 0-0 stalemate at home against Oss, they have now drawn their last three matches and have scored just once during that time.  However, they have kept a clean sheet in their last three home games.
Helmond have been doing well, and with Den Bosch’s first goalkeeper an uncertainty, I’m backing the home side here.
Helmond have scored in each of their past five home games, averaging two goals in those matches, whereas Den Bosch are on one goal per game over the past seven away from home. I’m going for a small home win, by a 2-1 scoreline.
Historically, this head-to-head slightly favours Den Bosch as they have beaten Helmond 11 times and lost ten times away from home. However, last season saw Helmond winning 2-0 at home. The teams drew 2-2 when they met in their most recent league encounter in October.
