Go Ahead Eagles' Gino Bosz and Richard van der Venne return from suspension. Orhan Dzepar should also be able to play.

20th placed Jong Utrecht travelled to NEC Nijmegen last week and lost again, falling to a 4-1 defeat. It is their fifth straight loss in league action and their 15th this season, with no other side registering as many. The team were already 4-1 down at half time with Nick Venema scoring their only goal. The forward has netted 12 this term, which amounts to nearly half of Jong Utrecht's 26 goals this season.

Third placed Go Ahead Eagles will have to postpone their ambition to top the league table after losing surprisingly to FC Eindhoven 1-0 at home. They conceded the only goal of the league match in the 79th minute, despite enjoying a numerical advantage. The team are now trailing league leaders Twente by seven points. On the road, they have been less consistent though, with five wins, two draws and four losses in the league.

Jong Utrecht have booked three home league wins this season, but those arrived against fellow reserve teams (Jong PSV Eindhoven and Jong Ajax) as well as against 18th placed Dordrecht. Go Ahead Eagles' away league form may not be as solid as at home and they are coming off a defeat, but their position in the table says it all. I'll back them to win here.

Jong Utrecht have conceded 52 goals, the highest in the league. Only one of their last seven home league matches has seen fewer than three total goals, with the other six averaging 4.8 total goals. I expect to see plenty in this league match, too.

The teams have identical records in their only three league meetings, registering one win each and a draw. Go Ahead Eagles hammered Jong Utrecht 5-0 at home when they last played each other in August.
