Defensa y Justicia boss Sebastian Beccacece can pick from all his regulars.

Argentinos Juniors coach Diego Dabove welcomes back Federico Lanzillotta and Fausto Montero, who have served their respective suspensions and are available.

Argentinos Juniors

Doubtful: None

Defensa y Justicia are still in with a chance of grabbing their first league title. Despite conceding the opener, the team managed to turn the result around in the final ten minutes against San Martin Tucuman last weekend to beat their opponents 2-1 away. It was the team’s fourth consecutive win in the league and their 11th this season. The side are in fact still unbeaten so far and are sitting in second with 39 points – three points behind leaders Racing Club. They visited Botafogo in Brazil for the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana's first round in midweek, losing 1-0.

Argentinos Juniors still have to improve under recently-appointed coach Diego Dabove. The side had to settle for a scoreless draw with Belgrano at home last time out, even though they were playing against ten men for 65 minutes. El Bicho remain bottom in the league table on 11 points and have collected only two points in the last four league games. Although they are outside the bottom four in the points-average table, the team are still threatened by relegation and their away record is hardly inspiring with only a single win on the road this season, along with three draws and four defeats.

Defensa y Justicia seem unstoppable at the moment while Argentinos Juniors are one of the worst sides in the league. This should be an easy home win.

Defensa y Justicia have netted the first strike in five of their last six home league games. I think they will continue with this trend here.

There have been only three league meetings between these two over the last ten years. Argentinos Juniors have won two and lost the other.
