Arsenal: Point loss again ( Recent Form: D L W W D )

That Arsenal is in tenth place in the Premier League is actually outrageous. The Gunners have a budget that every Premier League club would envy, and yet Arsenal has been underperforming in the Premier League for years. Normally, Arsenal always finished in the top 6 of the Premier League, but that too is no certainty this season. The Gunners are four points behind Sheffield United, which is sixth, and still have a lot to do in the coming months. Moreover, Sheffield United has no place in sixth place, because The Gunners must once again qualify for the Champions League. Last weekend, Arsenal again ran into point loss. On a visit to Crystal Palace, The Gunners got no further than a 1-1 draw. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the opening goal at Selhurst Park within fifteen minutes, but also took a fully justified red card in the second half and therefore misses the duel with Sheffield. That Arsenal would not take three points at Selhurst Park was already coming: Arsenal took three points in September 2015 for the last time in an away match against a club that is higher than The Gunners. Sheffield United is currently ranked higher than Arsenal, luckily for The Gunners, Saturday's game is a home game.

Sheffield United: Know that something is possible ( Recent Form: D L L W W )

Sheffield United has nothing to lose if it has to visit Arsenal on Saturday afternoon. The Blades are neatly in sixth place in the Premier League and perform well above expectations. Chris Wilder has been told by Sheffield United that he must maintain himself with the club from the steel city and that assignment cannot go wrong anymore. Sheffield United already has 32 points and last season you needed 36 points to maintain you. Well, it must all go really well for Sheffield United to take less than four points in the Premier League in the coming months. It is not even unthinkable that Sheffield United has already taken three points when visiting Arsenal. Earlier this season, The Blades already won 1-0 against Arsenal by a goal from Lys Mousset in the 30th minute. Last Friday, Sheffield United also won 1-0 vs. West Ham United. The goal then came in the name of Oliver McBurnie and Sheffield United could again use a good result in the Premier League. Sheffield United did not win the three previous games, but due to the win over West Ham United, The Blades are still in the Premier League subtop.

After all, Arsenal's decline in form has also been accompanied by a weakness on the offensive front, if counted in the last 7 matches of the Gunners, no match has ever ended with over 2.5 goals. Therefore, it is more difficult to hope for a match with many goals when defending is the football philosophy that coach Chris Wilder is applying to Sheffield United players.
